3 bananas, large and ripe
1 egg, well beaten
1 cup sugar, approximately 220 grams
3 tablespoons butter, melted, approximately 42 grams
2 cups flour, approximately 250 grams
1 teaspoon yeast
1/2 teaspoons salt

In a bowl, mash the bananas well with a fork until it reaches a consistency similar to puree (some pieces may remain).
Beat the egg well and mix with the banana.
Add the sugar and stir well until fully integrated.
Melt the butter and add to the mixture, stir well.
In another bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the sifted ingredients to the banana mixture and mix well.
Fill a (previously greased) mold and bake at 180ºC for 35-40 minutes.
Insert a toothpick in the center of the cake, and if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
Let cool completely before removing from the mold.
