Easy Cornbread without Flour

This delicious and fluffy 100% homemade cornbread, with the classic touch of the grannies' seasoning will make you crazy. This cornbread is very easy to prepare, as practically everything is done in the blender. Conquer your family with its amazing flavor!

  • 700 grams corn kernels
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 200 grams butter
  • 5 eggs

  • Blend corn, sugar and egg.
  • Melt the butter and mix with the above mixture.
  • Cut a circle of waxed paper of the size of the base of you mold and put it inside before pouring in the mixture.
  • Bake at 200 °C (392°F) for approximately 25 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and remove from the mold.
