575 grams flour
90 grams sugar
120 grams butter, melted
3 eggs
1 tablespoon anise seeds
120 milliliters water, warm
25 grams yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk, for brushing

Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
Add the flour and sugar, knead well, and add the butter, salt, eggs, and anise seeds. Knead and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Knead to remove the air and shape the dough into a round form.
Grease a baking mold and place it on the baking tray.
Make some cuts on the surface to shape it.
Brush with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle anise seeds on top.
Put it in the preheated oven at 190ºC for 40 minutes.
