1/4 kilos cheddar cheese
3 Jalapeño chiles
1 cup butter, at room temperature
1/4 cups unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the grated cheese and chopped jalapeños.
Add the butter at room temperature, and stir well until a homogeneous mixture forms.
Prepare a baking dish and create a layer of butter to prevent the bread from sticking while baking, then sprinkle flour over the butter.
Pour the mixture.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until you insert a toothpick into the bread and it comes out clean.
