Four Cheese Pizza

The four-cheese pizza is a delight and also looks and tastes gourmet due to the delicious cheeses it contains.

  • 100 grams all-purpose wheat flour
  • 2.5 grams dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 21 grams tomato paste
  • 10 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cloves garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper powder
  • 50 grams Manchego cheese, grated
  • 50 grams goat cheese, chopped
  • 50 grams Brie cheese, in small pieces
  • 30 grams Gruyère cheese, grated

  • Put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the center
  • Add the yeast, sugar, salt, and 50 milliliters of warm water into the hole
  • Mix all the ingredients until a dough forms
  • Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and place the dough there
  • Add the oil and knead until smooth
  • Take another bowl, sprinkle a little flour, and place the dough inside the bowl
  • Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place
  • Place it again on a flat surface and stretch it with a rolling pin
  • Shape the dough and place it on a tray
  • For the sauce, combine the tomato paste, 40 milliliters of water, oil, garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and the spices.
  • Once the dough is ready, add the sauce and spread it all over the dough, then add the cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Mix all the cheeses in a bowl and sprinkle them over the pizza.
  • Put the pizza in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
