The dough for these garlic bread knots is like pizza dough. They are served hot, with a crispy outside and a soft center. I like to make them small so they can be eaten in 2 bites.
Preheat the oven to 375 F or 190°C. Grease 2 large baking sheets with oil.
On a flat surface, roll out the pizza dough and form 2 rectangles of 30x25 cm. Cut strips of dough (horizontally from the shorter side of the rectangle), and make a knot from these strips.
Arrange the separated knots on the baking sheet and brush with a little oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes after removing from the oven.
Mix the oregano, oil, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Place the knots one by one into the bowl and coat with this mixture.
Serve hot.
