4 slices Manchego cheese
1 tablespoon cream cheese
2 teaspoons mayonnaise

Cut the croissants in half.
Spread mayonnaise on one half and cream cheese on the other half.
Add 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese to each one.
Close them and place them in the oven until the manchego cheese starts to melt.
