20 grams sugar
1 egg
50 milliliters cow's milk, warm
4 grams dry yeast
150 milliliters water, warm
30 grams butter, (2 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg, (for brushing)

Mix all the ingredients very well until obtaining a flexible dough like rubber.
Once ready, let it rest for 40 to 60 minutes to double its size. You can cover it with a slightly damp cloth.
Cut the dough into 6 equal portions, forming balls of the same size. Let it rest for another 40 minutes.
After this time, brush with a pastry brush dipped in scrambled egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 15 minutes at 180° C.
