Delicious homemade bread perfect for slicing and being accompanied with jam or butter and a cup of coffee or tea. Just right to start your day, a small snack before a hearty breakfast.
The way the ingredients are arranged is important; in a large bowl, the first thing to place is the flour, in a donut shape.
Add salt and oil to the center. Then, around the bowl on the flour, evenly add the yeast, seeds, and flaxseed.
Once all the ingredients are ready, add the water gradually and start mixing by hand until a good consistency is achieved; this process may take about 4 or 5 minutes.
Once you have a ball of dough, sprinkle a bit of flour on it to prevent sticking everywhere, continue kneading until you can press your fingers into the dough and it returns to its original position.
Weigh and divide into three.
Take one of the three parts and shape it into a tortilla by pressing down and ensuring the thickness is even throughout.
The tortilla is rolled up slowly and evenly, joining the dough with each small turn.
Oil is added to the baking tray and the breads are brushed with oil to prevent sticking, and they are left to rest for a few minutes before going into the oven.
Preheat the oven to 240ºC, once hot, the dough is placed inside and left for 30 minutes.
Once the 30 minutes have passed, turn off the oven and wait a few minutes to regulate the temperature, and you have delicious homemade bread.
