3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 egg
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 cup cow's milk
2 cups blueberries, (blueberry)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking dish for 12 mantecadas with a bit of butter and vegetable spray.
In a deep bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix well.
In an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, egg yolks, and vanilla, and continue beating.
Slowly beating, gradually add the flour and milk, alternating between the two.
Finally, add the blueberries and mix with a spoon manually (to prevent them from breaking).
Pour the mixture into the baking dish, filling each space to 3/4 full, and sprinkle with a bit of sugar.
Bake for 30 minutes or until they are lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
