Cheese Cups with Nutella®

Mexico is one of the countries that offers the most variety of sweet bread: conchas, orejas, ojo de pancha, and of course, the famous cups. The latter is characterized by having a crunchy base and a very creamy filling.   • Use your mixer to combine the flour and butter until forming a sandy dough. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla and mix until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous dough.Wrap the dough in non-stick plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • For the cheese filling: in a bowl, mix the egg, double cream cheese, condensed milk, flour, and almond essence with a whisk. Set aside.
  • Sprinkle a little flour on a flat surface and roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Use a cutter to cut circles larger than the mold.Place the disks in a cupcake mold previously greased with butter and flour. Make sure to cover the walls of each mold well and poke the bottom of each one with a fork.Pour the mixture until filling ¾ of the capacity of each mold and bake at 180 °C for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Serve the cheese cups and add a portion of Nutella® of 15 g. Accompany with fruit and milk.
