Chocolate Croissant with Conejos

  • 600 grams puff pastry
  • 2 cups Rabbits®, in medium pieces
  • 1 egg yolk, for brushing

  • Flour a clean surface and roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin, forming a rectangle. Then, remove the excess dough to properly shape the rectangle.
  • Start cutting isosceles triangles and immediately place the Conejos® in pieces along.
  • Start rolling from the widest part to the thinnest, then brush a little to stick the tip, set aside and repeat the same procedure until finishing with the dough.
  • Place the croissants on a previously greased and floured board, then brush with egg. Bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
  • Place the chocolate croissant with Conejos on a board of croissants and place one of the Conejos® in the middle, it is important that they are still warm so they stick.
