  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast, dry

  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cups sugar, for coating
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup Mexican chocolate
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups sugar

  • For the churros, heat the water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour, salt, and baking powder all at once. Mix perfectly without stopping until it pulls away from the sides. Transfer the dough to another container and let it cool a bit.
  • Add the egg and mix perfectly. Let it rest and place the dough in a pastry bag with a star tip. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form rings and freeze until firm. Remove from the freezer.
  • Heat the oil in a deep pan over medium heat and fry the rings you previously froze, browning them perfectly for 5 minutes, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Coat the churro donuts, covering them all over.
