5 teaspoons cinnamon powder
100 grams lard
100 grams brown sugar
100 grams icing sugar, for the glaze
2 tablespoons cow's milk, for the glaze

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
In a bowl, add the butter with the cinnamon and mix.
Brush the dough with the butter, cinnamon, and sprinkle the brown sugar.
Roll up the dough and cut into 2 cm pieces, placing them in a baking dish or deep oven-safe container.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the dough is golden.
Pour the glaze over the rolls once they are out of the oven.
