  • 1 kilo puff pastry

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  • In a bowl, add the butter with the cinnamon and mix.
  • Brush the dough with the butter, cinnamon, and sprinkle the brown sugar.
  • Roll up the dough and cut into 2 cm pieces, placing them in a baking dish or deep oven-safe container.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the dough is golden.
  • Pour the glaze over the rolls once they are out of the oven.
