  • 2 tablespoons REXAL® baking powder
  • 3/4 cups milk, warm
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • flour, for rolling out
  • cinnamon sugar

  • Mix the flour, butter, REXAL® baking powder, sugar, milk, egg, salt, and ground cinnamon. Knead until you obtain a firm dough.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with non-stick plastic. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  • Cut the dough into portions of 70 grams each. Shape into a roll and twist.
  • Place the donut braids on a tray and let them ferment for an additional 15 minutes. Bake in an air fryer for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Coat the donuts with cinnamon sugar
