  • 3 cups wheat flour, 400 g, sifted, for the dough
  • 1 teaspoon salt, 7 g, for the dough
  • 2 tablespoons REXAL® baking powder, 24 g, for the dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, 30 ml, for the dough
  • 1 1/4 cups lager beer, 310 ml, for the dough

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • In a bowl, mix the wheat flour with the salt, Rexal® baking powder, olive oil, and beer using a whisk until you obtain a thick and slightly sticky dough.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured loaf pan. Using a knife, make a cut along the dough, sprinkle pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and sesame seeds on the surface. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C. After the time is up, check if the bread is cooked correctly by inserting a wooden toothpick in the center: if it comes out clean, you can take it out of the oven.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool, and slice. Enjoy it for your breakfast.
