  • Mix the flour, butter, baking powder, and sugar well.
  • Add the butter and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Form a well and add the milk, salt, and mix well.
  • Sprinkle flour on the table and stretch the dough only with your hands by folding it into 3 parts; repeat this step 3 times, dusting a little flour over the dough and table to prevent sticking.
  • After the third fold, roll out with a rolling pin until it is about 2 cm thick and cut with a round cutter, making a dimple in the center.
  • Then brush with egg and bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes at 200°C.
