500 grams flour
1 envelope yeast, (11 gr)
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cups sugar
1 stick butter, (90 gr)
1 cup cow's milk
sesame seeds, optional
1 stick cream cheese
1 a bit Manchego cheese, optional
1 egg

Make a well and place the yeast, sugar, salt, and part of the milk in the center, then create a pre-mix.
Then add the butter and the remaining milk, and continue mixing by hand.
Give it a few taps and stretch it until the dough separates from the table.
Let it rest (15-20 min) in a covered glass container with plastic wrap to prevent moisture from entering and allow the yeast to work.
Once it has doubled in size, knead again.
Cut squares of Philadelphia cheese and/or Manchego cheese.
Make portions of 50 gr from the dough, roll it out a bit and fill with cheese. Then close and form balls.
Place on a tray greased with butter and flour, let rest a few more minutes for the dough to rise again.
Brush each ball with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 15 min at 350ºF/180ºC or until golden brown.
