Pita bread with Kefir

This is a type of Arabic bread, prepared with a little kefir, is very rich to accompany jocoque, hummus or tabule. Prepare it!

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup yogurt, kefir

  • Mix yogurt with flour and salt.
  • Knead the mixture until it no longer sticks in your hands. Form the thin bread.
