100 grams all-purpose wheat flour
2.5 grams dry yeast
1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch table salt
50 milliliters water

Put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the center.
Add the yeast, sugar, salt, and water in there.
Mix all the ingredients until a dough forms.
Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and place the dough there.
Add the oil and knead until smooth.
Grab another bowl and sprinkle a little flour, then place the dough inside.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
Put it back on a flat surface and roll it out with a rolling pin.
Shape the dough and place it on a baking tray.
Add the ingredients you desire and bake the pizza at 220°C for 14 minutes.
