Make this simple banana bread with almonds; it’s very quick to make and you only need a few ingredients. It’s perfect for breakfast, just heat it up and pair it with a good cup of coffee. It will become one of your favorite breads.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease two loaf pans of 21 x 11 cm or similar with tablespoons of butter and flour them, shaking off the excess.
Sift the cups of flour, brown sugar and white sugar, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.
Blend the oil, eggs, brown sugar and white sugar, vanilla, and bananas.
Mix the blended ingredients with the dry powders until a smooth and slightly thick mixture is obtained. Stir three-quarters of a cup of sliced almonds into the mixture.
Pour into the pans and place sliced almonds on top.
Bake at 180°C for 1 hour. Remove from the oven, cool, and serve.
