Quick Banana Bread with Almonds

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease two loaf pans of 21 x 11 cm or similar with tablespoons of butter and flour them, shaking off the excess.
  • Sift the cups of flour, brown sugar and white sugar, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.
  • Blend the oil, eggs, brown sugar and white sugar, vanilla, and bananas.
  • Mix the blended ingredients with the dry powders until a smooth and slightly thick mixture is obtained. Stir three-quarters of a cup of sliced almonds into the mixture.
  • Pour into the pans and place sliced almonds on top.
  • Bake at 180°C for 1 hour. Remove from the oven, cool, and serve.
