Sopa Paraguaya

  • 1 cup corn kernel , cooked
  • 1 onion, of approximately 100 g, cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 packages cream cheese, of 190 g each
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 4 eggs

  • Preheat the oven to 190° C.
  • Add to the blender jar the corn kernels, onion, oil, salt, cream cheese, milk, egg, and blend perfectly.
  • Grease a 30 cm removable mold. Pour in the mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  • Remove the aluminum foil, check the cooking, and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Take out of the oven and let cool.
