Pour the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar into a bowl.
Stir gradually and add water little by little.
Knead and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Chop the ham, bacon, and bell pepper into julienne strips.
Cook the longaniza.
Pour the puree and tomato into a blender and add herbs to taste, then blend.
Roll out the dough into a baguette shape, spread the tomato puree, and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and other ingredients.
Seal the baguette and place it on a baking sheet.
Before putting it in the oven, make some small cuts on the top.
Brush with the egg.
Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
