In a mixer bowl, beat the egg pieces and Smucker's® Raspberry Jam with the paddle attachment. Add the butter and beat until combined. Gradually incorporate the flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, yogurt, and spiced rum, and beat until fully integrated.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured mold, filling it ¾ of its capacity, and bake at 170 °C for 50 minutes.
Unmold the king cake and let it cool.
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the water, add all the syrup ingredients, and cook for 15 minutes. Let cool, add the rum, and set aside.
Soak the king cake with the previous preparation and set aside.
Cover the spiced king cake with Smucker's® Raspberry Jam and decorate with strips of ate, orange slices, and crushed cookie.
