Spider Web Pizza

Prepare original food for your Halloween parties and what better than making a spider web pizza with spider decorations.

  • 1 kilo flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups water, warm
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 30 grams yeast
  • 1 cup tomato sauce, for pizza
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 black olives, cut as in the picture to form the spider

  • In a deep bowl, put 2 and a half cups of warm water, add the fine salt, the 30 grams of yeast, and the 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • Mix well and before cooling, place the flour on the table in the shape of a volcano and add the liquid in the middle.
  • Start kneading well; when the dough is no longer sticky, make a long roll and cut it into 4 pieces.
  • Cover the 4 pieces with a clean, dry cloth and let them rest for 45 minutes; each piece will begin to rise, and then you can start making the pizza.
  • Each piece is for 1 regular pizza.
  • Take one piece of dough and place it on a flat surface. Stretch it from the center to the sides (with your hand).
  • Add the tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese in the shape of a web.
  • Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  • Remove from the oven and add the olives in the shape of a spider.
