Three-Ingredient Naan

Naan bread is a flat, unleavened bread. It is traditional in Asia and can be used for thousands of dishes. It's delicious and perfect for accompanying your meals, similar to pita bread.

  • 2 cups flour, tapioca
  • 2 cups flour, almond
  • 4 cups cow's milk, organic coconut or water

  • First, mix all the ingredients, starting with the dry ones and then adding the milk. Until achieving a homogeneous dough.
  • Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
  • Now heat a pan approximately 25 cm in diameter and place one of the portions in it.
  • The dough will puff up slightly. When it looks firm, flip it over to cook the other side. The bread should be golden on both sides, as evenly as possible. It takes some time, so patience is required.
