Walnut Cake

Easy to make and does not require flour. Few ingredients and it takes little time to prepare. More walnuts can be added to taste.

  • 350 grams walnuts
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder

  • Blend all the ingredients in the blender.
  • In a greased and floured mold, pour in the blended mixture.
  • Bake in the oven for forty minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool on a rack.
