  • 150 grams whole-wheat flour, sifted
  • 140 grams condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom essence
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon cranberries, dry
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • Preheat the oven to 250°C.
  • Beat the eggs with a whisk, add the condensed milk, olive oil, orange blossom essence, and vanilla.
  • With the help of a spatula, incorporate the flour, baking powder, and blueberries into the mixture.
  • Grease a small baking dish and place a piece of parchment paper for baking; once the paper is in place, grease it as well.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold and decorate with chocolate sprinkles, then place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the center is cooked; we will know it’s done by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the bread is cooked.
