  • 2 cups San Antonio Tres Estrellas® whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups San Antonio Tres Estrellas® wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • water, for brushing
  • black sesame seeds

  • In a bowl, mix the dry yeast with warm water. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Combine San Antonio Tres Estrellas® whole wheat flour, San Antonio Tres Estrellas® wheat flour, salt, oregano, and basil until integrated. Gradually add the olive oil, then incorporate the yeast and water mixture and continue mixing until you obtain a homogeneous dough.Let the dough rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  • Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions. Shape dough balls on a floured flat surface and place them in a skillet on low heat. Brush with water and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Cover and cook the breads for 15 minutes or until they are ready.
