1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs , blended
1/3 cups water
2 cups zucchini , grated
1 cup nut , chopped

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda, cinnamon, and sugar.
In another bowl, mix the oil, eggs, water, and zucchini.
Add the wet ingredients (oil, etc.) to the dry ingredients mixture (flour, etc.).
Add the nuts and stir a little until combined.
Pour the mixture into two elongated loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
Place in the oven for 1 hour.
