1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup cereal All Bran
2 tablespoons Splenda
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 cups skim milk
2 eggs, a little beaten
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup dried cranberries, (can be replaced with chopped pears)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place muffin cups on a muffin tray.
Mix the flour, all-bran, splenda, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
Mix the milk, eggs, oil, blueberries, and vanilla in another bowl.
Make a well in the center of the bowl of dry ingredients. Add the egg and milk mixture and stir to combine. Pour the mixture into the muffin tray.
Bake for 20 minutes and let cool before serving.
