  • 3/4 cups apple purée
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon Karo® Sugar-Free
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cups apple, in small cubes
  • butter, for cooking
  • apple, slice, for decoration
  • walnuts, for decoration
  • Karo® Sugar-Free , for decoration

  • Blend the apple puree, egg, milk, vanilla extract, Karo® Sugar-Free, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until you have a smooth batter.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet, pour a bit of the mixture and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until the pancakes are well cooked.
  • Place 3 pancakes on a plate and decorate with apple slices, walnuts, and Karo® Sugar-Free.
