Banana and Chocolate Pancakes

  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder

  • 6 tablespoons liquid chocolate

  • Add lemon juice to the milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • In a deep bowl, mix the eggs and milk with lemon juice.
  • Add the melted butter.
  • In another deep bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  • Add 2 previously mashed bananas.
