Banana and Yogurt Pancakes

This delicious pancake recipe is the ideal healthy breakfast to share with your whole family in the morning or even for dinner, thanks to its delicious flavor from the rich combination of banana and Yoplait® Natural Greek Yogurt.

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups Yoplait® Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chips, sugar-free, finely sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 banana, sliced, for decoration
  • 1 cup Yoplait® Greek yogurt, for decoration
  • 1/2 cups blueberries, for decoration
  • 1/2 cups raspberries, for decoration
  • maple syrup

  • Blend the banana with the eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, baking powder, and cinnamon for 5 minutes or until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the chocolate chips, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat, then place half a cup of the mixture and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip. Cook for another 3 minutes and set aside. Do the same with the rest of the mixture.
  • Serve the pancakes on a plate and decorate with a tablespoon of Yoplait® Natural Greek Yogurt, bananas, blueberries, and raspberries. Pair with maple syrup and a tasty juice.
