  • Place the banana in a bowl and mash it until you achieve a puree consistency.
  • Mix in the milk, condensed milk, wheat flour, baking powder, and walnut. Stir until you achieve a smooth and lump-free mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a medium greased and floured mug. Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds, in 30-second intervals.
  • Let it rest inside the microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Decorate with banana and 15 grams of Nutella®.
