15 raspberries
1/2 apples
10 grams almonds, berry-smoothie
10 grams cranberries
honey

Disinfect the raspberries.
Add to the blender the yogurt, half an apple, blueberries, almonds, honey, and finally the disinfected raspberries.
Blend all the ingredients until well mixed.
