  • 250 milliliters unsweetened natural yoghurt
  • 15 raspberries
  • 1/2 apples
  • 10 grams almonds, berry-smoothie
  • 10 grams cranberries
  • honey

  • Disinfect the raspberries.
  • Add to the blender the yogurt, half an apple, blueberries, almonds, honey, and finally the disinfected raspberries.
  • Blend all the ingredients until well mixed.
