Blueberry Hot Cakes

Delicious blueberry pancake recipe ideal for vegan individuals.

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/3 cups water
  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 100 grams blueberry

  • Preheat a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Make a well in the center and add the oil, water, milk, blueberries, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix until the ingredients are combined (tip: the less you mix, the thicker and fluffier it will be).
  • Spray the skillet with a little cooking spray. Pour some of the mixture in circles one at a time and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  • Flip the pancakes to the other side to cook and enjoy!
