Blueberry Yoghurt with Peach and Blackberries

  • 4 peaches
  • 4 Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, 150 ml each
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 teaspoons icing sugar, for decoration

  • Slice the peaches into moderately thick slices and use a cutter to create flowers. Set aside.
  • Fill a quarter of the cups with blueberry yoghurt and place the peach flowers against the walls of the container. Finish filling with the remaining yoghurt.
  • Decorate with blackberries and a sprinkle of powdered sugar sifted through a strainer.
