Blueberry Yogurt with Pomegranate and Chia Mix

  • 2 Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, 150 g each
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon almond essence
  • 2 Oikos® blueberry yogurt, 150 g each
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1/2 cups blackberries
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 4 teaspoons almonds, sliced and toasted 4 teaspoons almonds, sliced and toasted

  • In a bowl, mix the Oikos® Natural Yogurt with the chia and almond essence. Let it hydrate in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  • Serve in bowls the Oikos® Blueberry Yogurt and a bit of the yogurt with chia. Decorate with slices of kiwi, blackberries, pomegranate, and finish with toasted almonds.
