Breakfast Bowl to Go

This breakfast bowl recipe for on-the-go is great so you never miss breakfast and can take it to your office or for your kids' lunch. You can add any variety of vegetables and ingredients you like.

  • 1/2 cups spinach, cooked and without excess liquids
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese, cut into small cubes

  • 1/2 cups green salsa
