Egg Salad without Mayonnaise (Lebanese Hummus)

  • 2 tablespoons Hummus Libanius®
  • 2 slices toast
  • hot sauce
  • tomato sauce, sweet

  • Peel the previously boiled eggs.
  • Chop the boiled eggs into small squares.
  • Mix the eggs with the 2 tablespoons of hummus.
  • Spread the mixture on previously toasted slices of bread.
  • If you want to add a little spicy sauce and/or sweet ketchup, you can do so.
