Who has tried the delicious boiled egg salad? Today I bring you a tasty and nutritious alternative, without the unnecessary fat of mayonnaise.

2 eggs, boiled
2 tablespoons Hummus Libanius®
2 slices toast
hot sauce
tomato sauce, sweet

Peel the previously boiled eggs.
Chop the boiled eggs into small squares.
Mix the eggs with the 2 tablespoons of hummus.
Spread the mixture on previously toasted slices of bread.
If you want to add a little spicy sauce and/or sweet ketchup, you can do so.
