Hummus with Seed Sauce

Hummus with seed sauce, really quick to prepare and perfect as a snack, serve it with toasted or warm pita bread. You will love it.

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cups peanuts
  • 1/2 cups almonds, sliced and toasted
  • 1/2 cups bell pepper, broken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • arabic bread, for serving

  • Toast the sesame seeds in a pot over low heat with a little olive oil.
  • Add the pumpkin seeds, peanuts, sliced almonds, and lightly toast. Remove from heat.
  • Wait for it to cool a bit, mix with honey and a little salt; add the bell pepper.
  • Spread it on the pita bread.
