Quick Hummus Appetizer

  • 6 tablespoons Hummus Libanius®
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • 5 tablespoons bell pepper, broken
  • 2 arabic bread

  • In a pan with a little olive oil, fry the sesame seeds with the broken pepper.
  • Heat a pita bread on a griddle.
  • When everything is hot, mix the sesame seeds with the pepper and the hummus.
  • Spread it on the pita bread and fold it into a triangle.
