1 bag Eva® broccoli bits, 454 g
1 cup unsalted butter , in cubes, for the dough
1 cup whole wheat flour , for the dough
1 teaspoon salt , for the dough
2 tablespoons water, for the dough
2 eggs , for the filling
1 cup goat cheese, crumbled, for the filling
1/2 cups Gouda cheese, grated, for the filling
1/2 cups whipping cream , for the filling
4 tablespoons milk , for the filling
salt , for the filling

In a mixer, blend the butter with the flour and salt until you achieve a sand-like texture.
Add water and form a homogeneous ball. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, roll out the dough to about 1 cm thick and place it in a previously greased pie mold. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix Eva® Broccoli Bits with goat cheese, gouda cheese, egg, milk, and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the mixture over the dough in the previously buttered pie mold and bake at 180° for 45 minutes.
Serve the pie accompanied by a nice salad.
