1 2/3 cups saracene pancake mix
1 cup apple purée
1 tablespoon canola oil
3 tablespoons agave nectar, or natural sweetener
3/4 cups rice milk, or soy milk
8 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
8 tablespoons flax seed, ground
1 cup apple, cut into small pieces
1/2 tablespoons cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Place 1/4 cup of the mixture on a griddle (pan) with a little canola oil.
Flip the pancakes when bubbles form in the batter and the edges start to dry. Enjoy immediately.
