Bunny Scrambled Egg

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 pinches pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 2 blueberries, washed and disinfected
  • 1/4 carrots, washed and disinfected, in cubes
  • 1 slice Manchego cheese, in strips

  • In a small bowl, beat the egg with salt and pepper. Cook it in a pan over medium heat with oil. Set aside.
  • In the same pan, cook the bacon strips for 5 minutes or until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  • Place the egg in a bowl or deep dish and decorate to simulate the bunny's ears with the bacon, the eyes with the berries, the nose with a small piece of carrot, and the whiskers with the cheese strips. Serve.
