  • 1 tub Herdez® roast sauce western region, 320g
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 4 nopales
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese
  • 4 slices turkey deli ham
  • zucchini blossoms, chopped, for garnish
  • red onion, sliced into strips
  • pico de gallo, for garnish

  • Blend the Herdez® Roasted Sauce Region West with cream cheese and chicken broth until you obtain a smooth mixture, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  • Cook the sauce in a pot over medium heat until it thickens. Set aside.
  • Heat a grill over high heat, cook the cactus until tender, fill with cheese, two slices of turkey breast, and cover with another cactus piece. When the cheese is melted, remove from the grill.
  • Serve the sauce hot as a mirror on a plate, place the cactus on top, and garnish with zucchini flower, red onion, and serve with a bit of pico de gallo.
