Cereal Cups with Yogurt

A healthy, complete breakfast that is enjoyable for kids can be very easy to prepare if you follow this cereal with yogurt recipe. With fresh fruit and the fun touch of Mickey, the little ones at home will greatly enjoy their first foods. Moreover, this breakfast is very practical because you can prepare it the night before and you can use seasonal fruit.

  • 5 green grapes, halved
  • 5 blackberries, halved
  • 3 strawberries, diced 3 strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 oranges, wedged
  • 1/2 mangoes, cubed

  • 1/4 cups strawberry yogurt, sugar-free
  • 1/4 cups yogurt, sugar-free mango
  • 1/4 cups corn flakes, whole grain

  • In a bowl, mix the fruits with lemon juice, mint, and honey. Set aside.
  • Place strawberry yogurt in a Mickey cup, filling it only ¼ of the way, add some of the fruit cocktail, continue with mango yogurt, add more fruit and cereal.
  • Serve cold and enjoy.
