  • 2 cups chicken fajitas

  • fines herbs
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup apple, in slices
  • 1/4 cups cranberries
  • 1/4 cups pecans, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese
  • 8 sliced bread
  • 3/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups chipotle chile, ground
  • potato , to accompany

  • Combine the chicken breasts, olive oil, salt, and fine herbs. Then, heat a little more oil on a grill over medium-high heat and add the previously seasoned chicken breasts. Cook the chicken breasts for 8 minutes and remove.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, chipotle, salt, pepper, and fine herbs until integrated.
  • Spread a slice of bread with the chipotle mayonnaise dressing and add the chicken, cheese, apple, spinach, walnut, and cranberry.
  • Cut the chicken sandwich in half and serve with potato wedges.
