Boil water in a medium pot and add salt, cook the tomatoes with the onion, garlic, guajillo chili, and árbol chili for 5 minutes.
Blend the boiled vegetables along with coriander seed and cumin for 3 minutes, season with salt.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat and fry the sauce for 5 minutes, add the cilantro and tortilla chips, let soak to soften.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the Huevo San Juan® for 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Open the telera, place a tablespoon of soft chilaquiles, cream, cheese, onion, cilantro, and finish with fried Huevo San Juan®.
